Since my early childhood my father insisted I would go running. It took me nearly 13 years to realize that being physically active was not only good for the body, but brought interesting results to the mind as well.
Once in art school I was surprised by the unpopularity of engaging in any kind of sports by my peers and didn’t understand how they could just pass on using this powerful tool in the process of creating.
I experimented with looking at sports through art. I wondered if, by communicating alternative messages about what sport is, it would be possible to widen the audiences for it?
